Q:  What's inside a Mint Book?

you would like something else, please let us know your preference when you
place your order.

Q:  Can you fit more than one name on the front of the wrapper?
A:  Yes. Miniature bars and small items have limited space. Lettering will be
small and limited on miniatures and other smaller items.

Q:  How do I purchase other wrapper types besides standard chocolate bar?
A: Use our order form or E-mail us with your order/request. We will invoice you
for payment.

Q:  Does the wrapper come with foil?
A:  Yes, foil is included with wrapper orders at no additional charge. Wrappers
and foils are pre-cut and ready to use. We now have Foil Pouches available
in 8 vibrant colors!

Q:  How do I wrap the candy?
A:  You will receive wrapping instructions with your wrappers & foils. Wrappers
and foils are pre-cut and ready to use. You will not receive instructions with
the foil pouches - simply insert the chocolate bar into the pouch/envelope,
then wrap with your personalized candy wrapper.

Q:  May I use my own photo?
A:  Yes! As long as you have taken the photo yourself. If you would like to use
a professional photograph, you are required to send us a signed letter of
release from the photographer, on company letterhead, that states that the
photo may be used for the candy wrapper (bookmark, label, etc.). This is not
difficult. Simply contact the photographer. Most photographers will
accommodate your request.

Q:  I don't want candy. Do you offer anything else?
A:  Yes! We offer Checkbook Covers, Calendar/Planners, First Name
Meanings, Mouse Pads, Magnets, and more! We also create labels that can
be applied to items like Books, Bubbles, Lollipops, and Envelopes (address
labels and seals).  All items may be personalized at no extra charge. See the
list at the left for links to various products on the website. Contact us if you
have an idea or a request.

Q:  I would like to have a wrapper with Sponge bob (Cinderella, Blue's Clues,
Elmo, Spider man, etc.) for my child's birthday. Can you make it?
A:  No, these characters, and most other famous characters, are copyrighted
and we do not have a license to create wrappers with them.

Q:  If I send you a file of one of the copyrighted characters, will you use it?
A:  No. We will not create anything that infringes on the copyrights of others.

Q:  Can I see a proof of the wrapper design before printing?
A:  Yes, we will e-mail your proof, FREE! Your order will not be printed until
you approve the proof. Please check your e-mail frequently after placing your
order. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, check here.

Q:  How long does it take to get my order shipped?
A: Your order will normally be processed and ready to ship within 2-5 days of
receipt of all required information, payment, and approval. Shipping takes an
additional 2-3 days. Prompt response to our e-mails will help ensure timely
delivery of your order. Orders over 100 wrappers, or placed during busy times
of the year (Christmas, Graduation, etc.) could take longer. Ideal lead time for
ordering is 2-3 weeks in advance of your event.

Q: Are rush orders available?
A: Yes. See the pricing page for the fee. There could also be additional
charges for expedited shipping, if needed or requested.

Q:  Do you have a printed catalog?
A:  Yes, some of our wrappers are listed in a catalog. Contact us for more
information.

Q:  Will the Cherubs N Chocolate/CCWM info show on the front of the candy
wrapper?
A:  No, the info is only on the website images to protect the image. The
copyright info on the back of the design will be printed on your wrapper.
